Privacy notice

Last updated: 20 October 2026

This notice explains how KM Alpha handles the personal information you send through the enquiry form on kmalpha.com.

Who is responsible for your information

KM Alpha is responsible for the information you submit. You can contact us about privacy at support@kmalpha.com.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry we receive your name, email address, the topic you choose and your message. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies on this website. The website loads its typeface from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers, which receive your IP address to deliver the font. A short-lived technical cookie is set when you submit the form, only to prevent repeated automated submissions.

Why we use it

We use your details only to read and reply to your enquiry. Our lawful basis is your consent, given when you tick the box on the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us. We do not sell your information or use it for marketing without asking you separately.

Who can see it

Your enquiry is delivered by email to KM Alpha. The website and email are hosted by IONOS, which processes the data on our behalf. Fonts are delivered by Google Fonts, as described above. We do not share your enquiry with anyone else unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for 14 working days and then delete them, unless an ongoing conversation means we need to keep them longer.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, object to how we use it, or withdraw your consent at any time. Email us at the address above. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
